Apple's Executives Taught To Think Like Steve Jobs

Over the past few years, Apple and Steve Jobs have planned a special training program that will teach the companies executives to think like Steve Jobs. This has been overseen by Steve Jobs personally to make sure his vision and innovative thinking stays alive after his death.

This executive training program will be called Apple University. Steve Jobs considered this training program to be vital to the companies future."Steve was looking to his legacy. The idea was to take what is unique about Apple and create a forum that can impart that DNA to future generations of Apple employees. No other company has a university charged with probing so deeply into the roots of what makes the company so successful," this was said by a former Apple executive who wished to remain anonymous to preserve his relationship with Apple.

Much like Apple's products before launch, Apple University is kept a secret and Apple are not commenting about this project at this time. But according to people familiar with the project, Steve Jobs has personally recruited the dean of Yale's Business School back in 2008 to run Apple University. This training program is to ensure that Apple's visionary founders thoughts are preserved in Apples future executives.

Apple was nearing bankruptcy in 1997 before Steve Jobs returned and took Apple to a new level and turned it around to become the worlds most valuable tech company. This is why the training program is crucial for Apple's future to not let history repeat itself. As Steve Jobs will not be around to save Apple a second time.
